Two teams of students from the Des Moines Schools’ Central Campus Culinary Program are hoping to raise $15,000 to help them travel to a national culinary competition in Orlando, Fla., this summer.

The students are working with line cooks, chefs and servers at BOS to prepare a three-course meal to serve on May 18 and 19 at the restaurant as a fund raiser for the trip.
