Bravo distributes $490K in grants
Four nonprofits received a combined $490,250 in grants from Bravo Greater Des Moines’ capital and public art programs. The largest capital project grant went to Hoyt Sherman Place, which received $150,000 for its expansion project. The Des Moines Children’s Museum, the Central Iowa Wind Ensemble and Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden also received grants. Public arts grants went to Bondurant, Johnston, Norwalk, Pleasant Hill, Urbandale, Clive Public Art Commission, and West Des Moines. For details, go here.
