DCI Group Inc., a 6-year-old company that provides construction management services, has formed a second company, Formation Group, that will provide additional consulting services on new projects and redevelopment projects. Matt Brown, who has been vice president of property management for Wellmark Inc. since 2011, has been named president of Formation. Both companies will have their headquarters in an $11 million, 47,000-square-foot office building that has been proposed for Southeast Sixth and Elm streets in the Des Moines Market District.
