New position: President and CEO of Marketlink Inc., a national provider of outbound telemarketing services

Vitals: Before taking the reins as president and CEO, Keough served as the company’s vice president of sales and client services for nearly 10 years; prior to that, she served as the director of client services. Keough obtained a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Northern Iowa in 1993 and entered the work force for a few years before returning to school and obtaining an M.B.A. from Drake University.

Job one: Keough said her first goal is to position the company for responsible growth. “Not just growth for the sake of growth, but choosing the right strategic partners to work with, and with that will come additional opportunities for the company and the staff.
