The Social Capital of the Capital Crossroads vision plan has developed an inter-generational mentorship program, Community Connect: Mentors Inspiring Success, to expand regional leadership.

The mentorship program is designed to connect participants to Greater Des Moines leaders. Click here to learn more and complete an application. Applications will be accepted Oct. 16 to Nov. 15.

Thirty participants will be selected for the five-month program. Community Connect: Mentors Inspiring Success is funded by the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines.
