According to a news release, Tulsa, Okla.-based Arrowhead Consulting LLC and its senior diversity, equity and inclusion consultant, Kuma Roberts, will work alongside community stakeholders to develop the initiatives. The DSM USA 4 Equity Collective was developed through Capital Crossroads and is made up of community stakeholders who were chosen to help develop a system to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion in all community efforts. The collective and Arrowhead Consulting will work together to develop tools, plans and goals that can help build more equitable practices in businesses and the community.
