Terry Handley, president and CEO of Ankeny-based Casey’s General Stores Inc., and W. Timothy Yaggi, president and CEO of Pella Corp. in Pella, have accepted invitations to join the Iowa Business Council. Handley, a 35-year Casey’s employee, was named the company’s CEO earlier this year. Yaggi, most recently interim president and CEO of Tempur Sealy International, joined Pella Corp. in May. “Terry and Tim are great additions to IBC,” said IBC board Chair Mike Wells, president and CEO of Wells Enterprises in Le Mars. “Casey’s and Pella Corp. are true pacesetters in their respective industries, which is a reflection on executive leadership and the commitment of their workforce.” IBC membership consists of the top executives of the state’s largest employers, the three regent universities and the Iowa Bankers Association.
