Casey’s will anchor new Urbandale business park

79 wordsAll Latest News, Retail & BusinessCasey’s General Stores Inc. will be the anchor convenience store at the 80-acre Centre Pointe Business Park, a mixed-use, infill development at the northwest corner of the Interstate 35/80 and 100th Street interchange in Urbandale. R&R Realty launched the project after buying the site of the former Longview Golf Dome in 2016. Casey’s paid nearly $2 million on March 14 for 2.25 acres in the development area. R&R plans 1 million square feet of office, retail and warehouse/showroom development.
