Cedar Rapids-Iowa City corridor rebrands as ICR Iowa
The Cedar Rapids Iowa City Corridor Development Corp. is undergoing a brand reset, reports the Cedar Rapids Gazette. The corporation is changing its name to ICR Iowa, which will also be used to market the region to future business, President and CEO Jennifer Daly announced Monday. A new marketing campaign will be released this summer, and the ICR Iowa staff is working with Raygun to develop merchandise for the brand. The idea was partially inspired by other city initiatives, including Des Moines, Kansas City and Minneapolis, Daly said.
