Charities hold fashion show Saturday
The Soy for Life Foundation and the Chrysalis Foundation will hold a Denim to Diamonds fashion show from 1:30 to 5 p.m. on Saturday at Fort Des Moines Museum and Education Center, 75 E. Army Post Road.
The event will also feature a marketplace of local artisans including crafts, jewelry and artwork. Tickets are $20, but admission is free for children under the age of 13. To order tickets or for more information, call the Chrysalis Foundation at 255-1853 or email info@chrysalisfdn.org.
