Chase Bank planned in West Des Moines
A branch office for Chase Bank is planned at on the southwest corner of the intersection of 71st Street and University Avenue in West Des Moines. The city’s Plan and Zoning Commission in late May approved the site plan for the nearly 1-acre parcel that will include a 3,300-square-foot, one-story bank building. The site is being developed by property owners Fore Right LC and West Lakes Commercial LLC.
