Chefs to compete on Thursday at DMACC
Three chefs have been chosen to compete in Top Chef Des Moines, presented by Dahl’s Foods Inc.
Aaron King, of Dos Rios Cantina and Tequila Lounge, CateringDSM and Big City Burgers and Greens; Neil Stone, of Court Avenue Restaurant and Brewing Co.; and Scott Stroud, of Orchestrate Hospitality, Centro, Django and Gateway Market, will all compete from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at the Culinary Institute at Des Moines Area Community College in Akeny.
