Clayton County residents debate frac sand mining expansion
Dubuque Telegraph Herald: The proposed expansion of a Clayton County frac sand mine will create an unsightly affront to public health, according to several people who spoke at a public forum Monday night. However, a representative from Pattison Sand Co. told meeting attendees that potential risks of the expansion have been overblown.
