Colorfx acquires Artcraft
Des-Moines-based Colorfx LLC announced the acquisition of Des Moines-based Artcraft Inc. today.
Combined with Colorfx sister company Rock Communications Ltd. in Newton, the merged operation will have approximately 450 employees operating five facilities in central and northeastern Iowa.
Combined annual sales of the companies are expected to be approximately $80 million, the company said in a press release. Colorfx is Iowa’s largest print and mail company.
