Applications are open through Jan. 16 for Community Connect: Mentors Inspiring Success, a program of the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute. Community Connect was created in 2012 as part of the Capital Crossroads vision plan in an effort to sustain and expand leadership in Central Iowa through meaningful and creative mentoring connections. The six-session program, running February through June, occurs in a small-group setting. Sessions will be held at the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden. For more information, click here.
