The Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines will host the latest installment of DonorConnect, a free conversation series for discussing pressing issues for the region, at 3:45 p.m. tomorrow at Central Campus. A panel will discuss the recently unveiled Capital Crossroads Roadmap for Central Iowa and its impact on students and employers. Panelists include Ian Roberts, Capital Crossroads chair and superintendent of Des Moines Public Schools; Kaity Patchett, executive director of Capital Crossroads; Kristi Knous, president of Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines; Noelle Nelson, executive director of Avenue Scholars Des Moines; Tascha Brown, director of career and technical education, Central Campus Skilled Trades Academy; and Wendy Mihm-Herold, president and CEO of Iowa Jobs for America’s Graduates (iJAG). Registration is requested for the event.
