You don’t have to be a Heisman Trophy finalist to compete in next year’s Des Moines Corporate Games, but it couldn’t hurt. Registration is open for the games, which run June 1 through July 31. “The Des Moines Corporate Games has grown tremendously over the first two years, and we fully expect that trend to continue,” said Chuck Long, CEO of the Des Moines Corporate Games. The field will be limited to 75 companies. Greater Des Moines Partnership CEO Jay Byers took a break from his push-up regimen to add, “The Games are a great example of local businesses supporting community-wide health and wellness through teamwork and friendly competition.”
