Top brokers were Linda Gibbs, Rick Krause, Ryan Jensen, Timothy Sharpe and Tyler Dingel of CBRE|Hubbell Commercial.

Top office leasing brokers were Jason Lozano of Iowa Realty Commercial, Jeremy Spillman of JLL, Justin Lossner of JLL, Kevin Crowley of Iowa Realty Commercial and Marcus Pitts of JLL.

Top retail leasing brokers were Bill Wright of CBRE|Hubbell Commercial, Chris Thomason of Cushman & Wakefield Iowa Commercial Advisors, Christopher Stafford of Cushman & Wakefield Iowa Commercial Advisors, Jared Husmann of KW Commercial and Steve Scott of Cushman & Wakefield Iowa Commercial Advisors.
