CoStar Realty Information Inc. has named its 2014 power brokers.

The Washington, D.C.-based company said on its website that it tallies the commercial real estate sales and lease transactions that closed during the previous year, then presents awards to the firms and individuals who achieved the highest volume of sales and leases in more than 90 markets in the United States and Toronto, Canada.

Sales and lease information can be submitted online to CoStar.
