Australian entrepreneurs will join the inaugural 2020 cohort of the Cultivo Global Ag Innovation Program hosted by America’s Cultivation Corridor, a partnership program announced in October to host startups from a single targeted country each year. The names of participating companies have not yet been announced. Cohort members will travel to Iowa for a 10-day immersion program May 11-21 to learn more about the state’s agtech startup community, be introduced to the U.S. financial and regulatory systems, and meet farmers, Iowa State University faculty, ISU Research Park and ISU Research Farm staff and other regional companies. More information on sponsorship opportunities and cohort participation is available at Cultivation Corridor’s website or by contacting Billi Hunt, executive director at America’s Cultivation Corridor.
