Cushman & Wakefield releases fourth-quarter office market report
More than 860,000 square feet of office space was leased in the Greater Des Moines area in 2023, including nearly 260,000 square feet in the fourth quarter, MarketBeat, a Cushman & Wakefield research publication, shows.
