The Downtown Des Moines Chamber of Commerce has announced dates for its 2018 Leadership Education and Advancement Pipeline (LEAP) series. LEAP is a women’s leadership development program designed for individuals in Central Iowa interested in positioning women for the next steps in their careers. Dates included in the 2018 series are: March 16, 8-9:30 a.m.; April 20, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.; May 18, 8-9:30 a.m.; June 15, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.; July 20, 8-9:30 a.m; Aug. 17, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.; Sept. 21, 8-9:30 a.m.; Oct. 19, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.; Nov. 16, 8-9:30 a.m. This year’s series also will include a half-day leadership summit. Topics, speakers and additional details will be announced at a later date.
