The deadline to complete a survey that will analyze how local businesses, nonprofits and government entities are implementing equity practices is next week. Capital Crossroads’ DSM USA 4 Equity Collective launched the survey last month. Information collected through the survey will be used to identify areas of success and improvement in the implementation of equity practices in the Des Moines region. The survey is confidential and will cover topics such as data collection, community engagement, communication, retention and training. Each organization should collaborate to submit one response. The deadline to submit responses is Feb. 28.
