Delzell promoted to vice president of marketing

222 wordsAll Latest News, On the Move, Real Estate and DevelopmentRachel Delzell (pictured), who had been senior marketing director at Coldwell Banker Mid-America Group, has been promoted to vice president of marketing. Delzell joined Coldwell Banker in 2014. “During her tenure, she has increased our presence in social media, vastly expanded our online lead generation capture rate and grown our Marketing Department to include an onboarding specialist and a graphic designer,” said Marne Sirfus, the company’s president and CEO, in a news release. “She also leads the charge to make so many of our company events come to life.” In her new role, Delzell will contribute to the operational and strategic direction of both the marketing department and the company. She will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and growth strategies and providing guidance to Coldwell Banker agents in their real estate business. Delzell is a licensed real estate agent and has been in real estate marketing in the Des Moines area for the past nine years. She is a board member at Link Associates and a member of the American Marketing Association, the Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines and Professional Women in Building. She also serves as the philanthropy and fundraising chair for P.E.O. Chapter V and is on the city of Johnston’s tree board. Delzell lives in Johnston with her husband, Heath, and daughter, Vera.
