Property at 4810 Ingersoll Ave. includes a three-level apartment building with six residential units. The property is valued at $360,000. The property at 526 48th St. also includes a three-level apartment building with seven units. The property is valued at $389,000. Both apartment buildings have brick veneers and were built in 1927. The Polk County assessor lists the condition of both buildings as below normal. The transaction was recorded Oct. 9.

Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, paid the Stephen DeCook Trust $1.3 million for property at 8950 N.W. 62nd Ave. in Johnston, records show. The nearly 10-acre parcel includes a single-family house built in 1973. The property is valued at $234,630. The transaction was recorded Oct. 13.

Dallas County
Bricktowne Piper LC, located in Ames, acquired property from the Richard Giles Revocable Trust and Dallas Hakeman Family Trust, Dallas County real estate records show. The parcels, which total about 40 acres, are located northeast of the Southeast Pleasant View Drive and Grand Prairie Parkway intersection in Waukee. The Giles trust was paid $5 million for its share of the property; the Hakeman trust, $3.35 million. The transactions were recorded Oct. 10.
