The Des Moines Area Sports Commission (DMASC), under the Greater Des Moines Convention and Visitors Bureau umbrella, has been awarded the 2012 SportsEvents Media Group Readers’ Choice Award by SportsEvents magazine. The award recognizes the DMASC for exemplary creativity and professionalism toward the groups Greater Des Moines has hosted throughout 2011.
