The Des Moines Career & Trades Expo will be held on April 24 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Valley Community Center, 4444 Fuller Road, West Des Moines. The event aims to help job candidates find jobs and become more well-rounded candidates, and help employers find quality hires while learning how to best showcase their organizations to candidates. Tero International will be hosting breakout sessions; educators will be on site to promote programs; a diverse mix of companies will be recruiting; nonprofits will be seeking volunteers; and a panel of experts will be offering invaluable advice and insight.
