The Des Moines Downtown Chamber of Commerce announced award winners at its recent Annual Celebration Masquerade Ball. Vibrant Coffeehouse and Kitchen was named New Member of the Year; Neumann Brothers Inc. was named Member of the Year; Iowa Service Dogs was named Nonprofit of the Year; Matt Davis was named Citizen of the Year; Sunflower Chef Catering was named Ribbon Cutting of the Year, and American Business Phones Breakfast was named Breakfast of the Year. According to a press release, the recipients represent a dedication to enhancing the quality of life in downtown Des Moines.
