Want to start a business? Des Moines is a good place for that, according to Marketwatch. Out of 100 cities across the country, Des Moines is ranked fourth on the publication’s list of America’s Most Business Friendly Cities. Low cost of living and and low business costs are among strengths that propelled Des Moines to the top of the list; payroll growth is noted as the area’s only weakness.
