Des Moines rethinking rules for taco trucks
Latino advocates claimed a partial victory for food truck owners at Monday’s Des Moines City Council meeting, The Des Moines Register reported. The City Council put the brakes on a new set of rules, including a proposed 10:30 p.m. curfew, for food trucks operating outside the downtown area.
