Des Moines Symphony hires development director
After conducting a comprehensive national search, the Des Moines Symphony & Academy has hired Dustin Ross as the organization’s director of development. Ross most recently worked as senior director of alumni engagement and annual giving at Cornell College. In his role with the symphony, Ross will manage the organization’s fundraising efforts and strategies, as well as implement and oversee any giving programs.
