Design workshops for Des Moines Market District are next week
The city of Des Moines is inviting anyone with a concept about future development of the Market District of East Village to a series of workshops next week. Eventually, those concepts will be refined into a master plan for the area. The workshops are June 4, 5 and 6; each begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Richard A. Clark Municipal Service Center.
