Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) President Rob Denson announced that Greg Martin, vice president of information solutions, will succeed Doug Williams as vice president of business services, effective July 1.

Williams, who is retiring, came to DMACC in 2004 after a 35-year career in K-12 education, having served as a teacher and then as the superintendent of the Gilbert Community School District.

Martin currently oversees all aspects of technology at the college and has been the architect of major innovative changes that include a new computer operating system, shared standards, greater capacity and improved customer service.
