Des Moines Performing Arts is premiering Air Play Symphony by Acrobuffos, part of the 2019-2020 Wellmark Family Series. Air Play Symphony will take the Civic Center stage with Joseph Giunta conducting the Des Moines Symphony on April 25 at 11 a.m. for a family concert. Air Play Symphony is a circus-style performance set to a score of classical music performed live by the Des Moines Symphony, with circus comedians Seth Bloom and Christina Gelsone interplaying between sculptures, orchestral music and the audience.
