November was a wet month in Iowa, with every reporting point recording above-normal precipitation with monthly totals varying from 2.52 inches to 7.56 inches.

November was a wet month in Iowa, with every reporting point recording above-normal precipitation with monthly totals varying from 2.52 inches to 7.56 inches.
