DOT advances ramp plans for HIghway 141, 100th Street, Meredith Drive
The Iowa Department of Transportation has finished its draft justification reportthat calls for a northbound flyover ramp at the interchange of Iowa 141 and Interstate 80/35. Plans also call for a new interchange at 100th Street, and a half-diamond interchange at Meredith Drive. DOT has said the current northbound exit from Interstate 80/35 to Highway 141 on a loop ramp is unsafe, backing traffic onto the interstate. Read more
