The new arrangement will run from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays, beginning this weekend, when the professional skateboard competition is in town. It will continue through Sept. 4. Traffic will be shut off in an area that spans a block in each direction from the intersection of Court Avenue and Third Street.
