Drake searching for caucus documents and mementos

89 wordsAll Latest News, Education, Government Policy and LawDrake University archivists are seeking memorabilia associated with the Iowa caucuses, and they expect many treasure troves are boxed up in attics, basements and barns throughout the state. The Harkin Institute for Public Policy and Citizen Engagement and the Cowles Library at Drake University created the Iowa Caucus Collection in early 2014 as the nation’s only repository for the collection, preservation and cataloging of historical artifacts associated with the caucuses, according to a release.
