Dunker tapped to Iowa Restaurant Association
Jessica Dunker has been selected to serve at president and CEO of the Iowa Restaurant Association, a 78-year-old trade group representing more than 6,000 restaurants in the state. Dunker, who had been a consultant to the association and is editor of Food and Beverage Iowa Quarterly, will start her new role on July 1. In the coming months, she plans to travel the state to meet with restaurateurs, suppliers and industry partners during a series of events.
