Charles McClure, president of Addison, Texas-based The McClure Group Inc. and vice president of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute, kicked off the 11th annual Iowa Commercial Real Estate Expo on Oct. 2.

Speaking to a room of more than 200, McClure touted education as the key to success in the commercial real estate market. “You’ll never go anywhere without education,” he said.

McClure later discussed the need for a strategic partnership with the University of Northern Iowa’s real estate program and the current education program at the CCIM Institute.
