Ellie Mental Health will hold a ribbon cutting for its new Ankeny clinic at noon on Friday. The clinic, located at 1345 SW Park Square Dr. Suite 206, is the mental health agency’s second clinic in the Des Moines metro, with the other located in Clive. Ellie Mental Health is a mental health agency that seeks to reduce barriers in accessing mental health services. According to a news release, Ellie Mental Health is a mental health franchise with locations across the country. The agency aims to “transform the culture of mental healthcare by providing creative solutions to reduce barriers in accessing mental health services,” the release said.
