Ellipsis, a youth services and shelter organization dedicated to supporting kids and families in Central Iowa, announced the opening of its virtual auction, with all proceeds aimed at benefiting the community. The auction runs in conjunction with the annual golf fundraiser TEEllipsis: The Ellipsis Eighteen, hosted each July at Glen Oaks Country Club. The virtual auction, accessible to all members of the public, provides an opportunity for those who don’t golf or couldn’t participate in TEEllipsis to make a difference in the lives of children and families. Running from July 10 to noon on July 18, the auction offers an array of prizes, including a sommelier-led wine tasting with 10 friends, a four-course dinner for 10 at Des Moines’ Big Grove Brewery & Taproom, a Des Moines Menace VIP ticket package, and others.
