The USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) is holding nine farm bill meetings in Central Iowa Nov. 12-21 to educate producers on benefits and enrollment in the 2019 Agricultural Risk Coverage (ARC) and Price Loss Coverage (PLC) commodity programs, the FSA announced this week. Producers have until March 15, 2020, to make a two-year election for the ARC-CO, PLC or ARC Individual (ARC-IC) programs. No pre-registration is required, and meetings are open to the public in Grinnell, Huxley, Marshalltown, Ogden, Adel, Grundy Center, Toledo, Indianola and Newton.
