Washington Post: An Obama-era rule meant to cut greenhouse gas emissions — a regulation President Donald Trump wants to block — would save 4,500 premature deaths, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency reported. The rule was projected to move the energy sector away from coal-fired power plants and toward more natural gas-fired power plants, as well as wind and solar power sources.
