Luis C.deBaca, who leads the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Sex Offender Sentencing, Monitoring, Apprehending, Registering and Tracking, will speak at Iowa State University on Tuesday, Jan. 19. A Huxley native and Iowa State alumnus, deBaca will present “On the Frontlines of the U.S. Fight against Child Abuse, Human Trafficking and Sexual Assault” at 8 p.m. in the Memorial Union Sun Room.
