EveryStep promotes Uhlenhopp to regional director role

135 wordsAll Latest News, Health and Wellness, On the MoveEveryStep, one of Iowa’s largest nonprofit health care and human services organizations, has appointed Leann Uhlenhopp as a regional director. Uhlenhopp has been team director for EveryStep Hospice in the Des Moines and Perry areas for the past two years. In her new role, she will oversee growth of the organization’s hospice programs serving Adair, Boone, Clarke, Dallas, Greene, Guthrie, Hamilton, Madison, Marshall, Polk, Story and Webster counties.The regional director role, of which there are three in the EveryStep organization, was created as a way to strengthen, streamline and create synergies among the nonprofit’s programs and services, the nonprofit said in a press release. Uhlenhopp will also co-lead the organization’s patient access department and resource team. She first joined EveryStep as a registered nurse case manager, a position in which she worked for five years.
