Exec 1 Aviation Inc., which operates at the Ankeny Regional Airport, has been registered by the International Business Aviation Council as an IS-BAO Stage 2 operator. The designation signifies that the aircraft management and charter company has met best practices for safety and business management. Exec 1 initially received IS-BAO Stage 1 certification two years ago, and after two years of operation as a Stage 2 operator will be eligible to be considered for the highest Stage 3 certification. “The successful audit and registration of IS-BAO Stage 2 for Exec 1 Aviation further defines our  commitment to safety, our customers and the business aviation community,” said JR Boesen, Exec 1’s president. “All of our employees are committed to delivering the highest level of service.
