Hubbell Realty Co. is adding a third building to the Grimes Distribution Center, the company announced today. The new industrial space will be located at 1400 S.E. Gateway Drive, directly west of the current facilities. The 110,000-square-foot facility will be identical to the other two buildings, and has the ability to accommodate tenant space requirements in 10,000-square-foot increments. The building is scheduled for occupancy in late fall. The second Grimes Distribution Center is currently 100 percent leased four months after opening, and the first building has been 100 percent occupied since the spring of 2012.
