Fast growers
A handful of Greater Des Moines companies gained recognition this year by being listed on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. Despite the Great Recession and a stubbornly stagnant economy, the median three-year growth for the Inc. 5000 was 94 percent. According to Inc., the companies on this year’s list created 350,000 jobs in the past three years. Aggregate revenues of the businesses reached $366 billion, a 14 percent increase from last year.
