Foreclosures continue to drop

77 wordsAll Latest News, Real Estate and DevelopmentGreater Des Moines foreclosures have dropped below 1 percent of all mortgages, according to real estate analytics firm CoreLogic Inc. The rate for June was 0.72 percent, down from 1 percent in June 2015. The Greater Des Moines foreclosure rate has remained below the national rate, which was 0.95 percent in June. The percent of Greater Des Moines mortgages that were at least 90 days delinquent dropped to 2.05 percent from 2.4 percent a year ago.
